Contact Extech

Use this page to send a measurement requirement, document request, or product category question. The most useful message includes the reading range, the environment, the certificate expectation, and whether the instrument will be used at a bench, on a maintenance route, or during receiving inspection.

Extech keeps the first response focused. Instead of asking you to search an oversized catalog, the team can map the request to a short list covering test and measurement instruments, environmental and gas monitoring instruments, process instrumentation, or dimensional metrology tools. If the request is still unclear, the follow-up questions will target the missing operating details rather than restarting the conversation.

If your team is replacing an existing tool, mention the current model, the reason it is being reviewed, and any accessory that must remain compatible. If this is a new measurement point, describe the operator setting and the record your quality or maintenance system expects after the reading is taken.

Two-column request

Send the details that decide instrument fit.

A clear request usually names the product family, measurement range, safety or environment concern, calibration document expectation, and timing. That gives Extech enough context to return a usable sourcing path and avoids a slow back-and-forth about information that can be known at the start.

For urgent maintenance work, include the current instrument model and what changed in the field. For quality or laboratory requests, include receiving inspection rules and any certificate language your team needs to retain.
